Before we climb up
When you reach out, tell us what’s going on: a ceiling stain, a missing shingle, a home sale coming up, or just peace of mind. If you can, text a photo of the problem to (310) 312-8107. We reply during business hours, usually within the hour, and set a time to come out.
On the roof
We look at the places where roofs actually fail:
- Shingles or tiles: cracking, curling, slipping, and missing pieces
- Flashing: around chimneys, walls, and skylights
- Valleys: where two slopes meet and water concentrates
- Vents and pipe boots: the seals around everything that passes through the roof
- Edges and gutters: signs of water backing up or debris building up
LA sun damage, such as cracked shingles, dried-out flashing, and failing seals, develops slowly. An inspection catches it while it’s still cheap to fix.
When there are signs of a leak
If you’ve noticed stains or drips, we trace the water to its source instead of guessing. Water travels, so a stain inside isn’t always directly under the leak. We check flashing, valleys, vents, and the attic for hidden rot, and document everything we find.
Your photo report
You see what we see. Your report includes photos of the areas we checked and anything that needs attention, so you can decide what to do without climbing a ladder or taking anyone’s word for it.
What happens next
If your roof is fine, we’ll tell you. If it needs work, you get a clear written scope, listing inclusions, exclusions, and price, before anything moves. The decision is yours.
